We are so excited you've decided to join us for our March Conference! It's going to be a great time of worship and fellowship for us all. If you're reserving a room, please note the following dorm guidelines:
- Occupancy Requirements: Striving to be good stewards of our facilities note these new occupancy requirements.
- Trailers: 2 or more guests per room.
- A, B, and C dorms: 1 or more guests per room.
- D Dorm rooms: 4 or more guests per room.
- Registration Requirements: Guests are required to provide basic information in order for registration to be completed. Households can register together by providing the names of every guest and ages of all children, if applicable. The information collected will be used for resource planning, (eg., meals, educational materials, etc), for announcements about upcoming conferences, and internal tracking purposes. This information is kept in house and is not sold or used for any other purpose.

*NOTE: Room rates have changed! Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of utilities and maintenance room rates will be increasing starting at the March Conference 2025.
